The lucky competitors have been chosen for the Canon 72-Hour Film Competition.

They have 72-hours to make a movie and present it at the Los Angeles Film Festival Bring It party.
Fat Free Film is hosting the Canon 72 Hour Film Competition at the Los Angeles International Film Festival, in conjunction with Film producing great Effie Brown and her company Duly Noted Productions. The entries are open to Film Independent Lab Alums and Project Involve Alums.
Fat Free Film hosts Kamala Lopez and Joel Marshall worked on the WGA "Speechless" campaign in support of the Writer's Guild strike. Kamala directed and produced and Joel was the technical producer.
George Hickenlooper, Alan Sereboff, Jill Kushner and Paul Haggis worked with them to create these wonderful internet spots that include actors such as Holly Hunter, Sean Penn, Demi Moore, Harvey Keitel, Jeff Garlin, Martin Sheen, and many more.
